Belt Collins was founded in January 1953 by Mr. Robert M. Belt and Mr. Walter K. Collins in Hawaii, USA with a focus on civil engineering and urban planning at first. In the following decades the company's business and service scope continued to expand. In 1960, our business has ex-panded to various regions around the world, offices were established successively at Singapore, Bali, and Thailand etc. while advisory services for land surveying and environmental planning and development were further added to the service scope.

Mr. Gregory Lee graduated from University of Adelaide, South Australia with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1983 and then received his Master of Science (Project Management) from National University of Singapore in 2002. Gregory joined Belt Collins International (HK) Ltd. as Deputy Managing Director (International). Having worked in many countries as an Architect, he has over 34 years of invaluable experiences, both, in architectural and landscape design. Gregory have applied his well-rounded knowledge in numerous planning and landscape design projects spanning from luxury hotels and resorts, mixed-use, high end commercial and residential projects. To keep pace with the growing business economy globally, he has provided many professional consulting and project management services to numerous clients domestically and overseas, and received a wide spectrum of awards.

Mr. Philip Tam is Deputy Managing Director (Operation) of Belt Collins International (Hong Kong) limited. He received a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Design from the University of Toronto, Canada and then a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University in New York, USA. After worked in the New York City, he joined Belt Collins International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in 2002. With his over 20 years of experience in environmental planning and landscape design, Philip leads a team over 300 talented staffs and participated in many bespoke projects with a diversify of worldwide real estate developer, including resort hotels, commercial, residences, and public facilities and has won many international awards. He is focusing on effective strategies to communicate their design to all stakeholder, as result to deliver the right solutions for the people.

Robert HENSON has worked with Belt Collins International (HK) Limited for over 22 years and is one of the Deputy Managing Directors of the firm. He has over 30 years of experience in the architectural and landscape architectural profession on a diverse range of prestigious projects from hotels, corporate office buildings to resorts, commercial & mixed-use developments and high-end residential projects in Hong Kong, China and other parts of the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. HENSON is experienced and well-adept from design conceptualisation, design development to project management and implementation of various projects.
